Registry & pricing questions
What does Public Listing include?
A permanent directory entry with a photo, contact form, and unlimited patient consultation requests. It is not yet credential-reviewed by the Registry and does not carry the Verified mark.
Is the Verified mark something I pay for?
No. The Verified mark attests that the practitioner passed credential, identity, and practice review. Recognition classes describe professional standing and visibility within the Registry — they never substitute for verification.
How do recognition changes work today?
Self-serve checkout is rolling out shortly. In the meantime, email upgrades@trichologynetwork.com from the address on your account and we'll switch your recognition class within one business day.
What does 'priority lead routing' mean?
When a patient sends a consultation request that could match multiple specialists in a city, Premier Verified Specialists are reached first and given a longer SLA window before the request is reassigned.
Can I step down from Premier Verified any time?
Yes. Premier Verified visibility is month-to-month. Cancel and you remain a Verified Professional in the Registry — only the enhanced-visibility features end at period close.
Do you charge per location?
Each individual practitioner record is billed separately. Facilities with multiple practitioners can request a multi-seat arrangement via support@trichologynetwork.com.
